creating your dream garden begins with an initial consultation, which we offer
free of charge.*</font></p>

this meeting is to establish what you want to achieve:</font></p>

<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Having ascertained
what you want to achieve, the next stage is to see what the possibilities are
for your garden.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">We conduct a site
survey that examines factors such as:</font></p>

measured plan of the site and indicate any problems and opportunites it presents.</font></p>

<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">After discussing
the results of the survey with us you might come up with some fresh ideas, or
decide to stick to your original ones.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">We then produce
one or more sketch designs to illustrate what the various possibilities could
look like.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">This is the exciting
stage because your ideas are beginning to take shape on paper and you can start
to visualise the final result.</font></p>
<h2><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="4"><b><a name="design"></a>Design</b></font></h2>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Once you have decided
on a design from the sketches, it is considered 'frozen' and any subsequent
revisions will be subject to additional charges.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">The next stage
is to produce a detailed drawing locating the proposed features precisely, and
specifying all the materials to be used.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">We also produce
axonometric and perspective illustrations to give you a precise view of how
your finished garden will look.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">At this stage we
shall also be able to draw up reasonably accurate estimates of what the final
cost will be.</font></p>
<h2><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="4"><a name="detail"></a>Detail</font></h2>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">The next stage
is to produce detailed construction drawings and specifications including details
on drainage, irrigation, walls, fencing, hard surfacing, etc.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">We also produce
planting plans showing what is to be planted where, what materials will be required,
etc.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">These enable you
or your appointed contractor to accurately create a garden that matches your
design.</font></p>
<h2><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="4"><a name="construction"></a>Construction</font></h2>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">Once you have settled
on a final design and all the plans have been drawn up, the construction can
begin.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">You can arrange
the construction yourself, or we can assign an experienced landscaping team
for you.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="2">We liaise with
you or the contractor throughout the construction process to ensure the plans
are adhered to.</font></p>
